Support Ontario Youth's mission is to support apprentices, employers, and all stakeholders in the skilled trades industry by streamlining and simplifying the apprenticeship journey. Our goal is to modernize the apprenticeship pathway by becoming a complete and transparent resource for those looking to enter the skills trades.

Vision

• Provide direction in order to navigate the apprenticeship pathway in Ontario.
• Elevate the skilled trades and see it promoted as an excellent career option.
• Be available to business owners, teachers and industry professionals, and to help consult on apprenticeship details in Ontario.
• Advise apprentices on all aspects of their apprenticeship including, safety, job opportunities and provide them with mentoring which will help prepare them to enter the skills trade confidently.
• Connect job-ready apprentices to great job opportunities; continuous mentorship to ensure their apprenticeship continues efficiently.
